Everyone interested in participating in the Soque River Ramble is encouraged to register in advance (pre-register) to ensure they get a T-shirt. Only a limited number of T-shirts will be available for race day registration!
Pre-registration Deadline: October 14th. (Race entries by mail must be postmarked on or before October 14th.)
Pre-registration Entry Fee: $20
Race day registration Entry Fee: $25

The online registration with credit card is done through Active.com. I don’t believe there is an exception for the early registration on the system, so I would think that you will need to pay the full amount unless it tells you otherwise.
